BAY CITY, MI (AP) -

The Tri-City Post responded to a one-vehicle crash on northbound I-75, just north of M-13 in Bay City on Friday night.

The vehicle was traveling northbound when it struck a guard rail.

Police said the driver, 43-year-old Daniel Trygg, was then ejected from the vehicle, then later taken to a near by hospital.

He is in critical condition.

Trygg is from Inkster, Michigan and the only one in the vehicle.

Police believe alcohol was a factor.
