Police looking for suspect in chase

SOUTH FAIRMOUNT, OH (FOX19) -

Police are looking for a suspect who led police on a chase on Thursday morning.

Ohio State Highway Patrol had been chasing the suspect along eastbound Interstate 74. The suspect exited at Harrison Avenue and ended up in South Fairmount.

He bailed from the car near the intersection of Knox and Thompson and took off on foot. Officers are looking for him.

It's unclear why police were chasing the suspect.

So far, no injuries have been reported.
