EAST PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) -

Two men have been arrested after a SWAT situation in East Price Hill.

Officers responded to an apartment in the 3100 block of West Eighth Street, near Considine, around 9 a.m. to serve a robbery warrant on Ben Kinney, 34.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers spotted Kinney in a window, but he refused to come out, so SWAT was called.

About an hour later, Kinney surrendered.

Another person in the apartment was also wanted. Police say Joshua Gray, 21, had seven open warrants.

Both Gray and Kinney were placed in custody without incident and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

About an hour later, both suspects surrendered peacefully.
