UC hosting Choose Courage, Not Fear seminar by Debbie Gardner - WFXG FOX 54 - News Now

UC hosting crime fighting workshop Monday

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The Survive Institute will put on a Survive Seminar on Monday night for UC students called "Choose Courage, Not Fear".

The seminar is free for students.

Students will learn the three levels of fighting right: mental power, verbal power and physical power.

The Survive Institute was founded by Debbie Gardner, a former deputy sheriff, and the organization has traveled across the country teaching teenagers and young adults how to survive a potentially violent crime.

Monday's seminar begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in the Zimmer Auditorium, Rm. 400 on the University of Cincinnati's campus.
