Man wanted in Oro Valley domestic violence case

TUCSON, AZ (AP) -

Police in the southern Arizona town of Oro Valley are searching for a man who's wanted in a domestic violence case.

They say 38-year-old Adam Christopher Sheafe allegedly was involved in an incident late Monday night.

A woman called police to say she allegedly was strangled and held against her will by Sheafe.

Officers say Sheafe wasn't at the home when they arrived.

Police say a warrant has been issued for Sheafe's arrest on suspicion of domestic violence/aggravated assault and domestic violence/kidnapping.
