Reality Check: Why can't cities in Kentucky define a firearm as a deadly weapon

As the gun control debate reaches a fever pitch, cites in Kentucky can no longer define a firearm as a deadly weapon.

A new state law prohibits local governments from passing laws that regulate guns.

Ben is taking a look at both sides in tonight's Reality Check.
