Woman dies in Richmond County motorcycle crash

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

The Richmond County Coroner's Office says a 39-year-old woman died in a motorcycle crash Saturday about 4 p.m.

Sherry Tipton was killed when the motorcycle she was driving crashed into the dividing wall on the Calhoun Expressway, according to the Richmond County Coroner's Office.

Tipton's motorcycle was the only one involved in the accident.
