Investigators search for suspect after chase

Columbia County, GA (WFXG) -

Columbia County deputies need your help finding Richard Adam German. Investigators say German was involved in a chase with a deputy Friday morning.

The chase started at 1:34 am and lasted about 6 minutes. Deputy Nick Cooper began pursuing German at Reynolds Road at Wrightsboro Road. The chase moved to Gordon Highway and Powell Road in Richmond County when German ran from the scene.

A felony warrant was obtained for fleeing and eluding and citations were issued for driving while license suspended and reckless driving.
