Roadway reopens after disabled train snarls traffic

A disabled train caused the closure of some well traveled roadways has now been cleared and the roadways are back open.

The situation forced the closure of East Frances Road, Mt. Morris Road, Saginaw Street and Neff Roads for about two hours but the situation is now back to normal.

The call came in around 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
