One person shot on Fairfield Street in Aiken

AIKEN, SC (WFXG) -

The Aiken Department of Public Safety is working the scene of a shooting on the 400 block of Fairfield Street NE.

ADPS investigators tell FOX54 that one male victim was injured in the shooting and transported to GHS Medical Center. His condition is currently unknown.

The calls about the incident came in around 9:30pm.

Anyone with information related to the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIMESC. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward up to $1000.
