GROVETOWN, GA (WFXG) -
Investigators in Columbia County need your help finding a couple of men who are scamming Wal-Mart cashiers.
Captain Morris tells FOX54 the suspects have used the same theft scheme at the Wal-Mart in Grovetown two days in a row.
According to an incident report, the two black males go up to the register with a bottle of water or other drink and pay with a $100 bill. They then ask the cashier for different change several times, confusing the cashier. The first day, they walked out with $100, the second day they walked out with $125.
The first male who performs the transaction is described as a black male in his 40's, 6 feet tall, bald and heavy set. The second male acts as a lookout. He's described as a black male, in his late 30's, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a heavy build.
