Aiken Officer shooter faces new charges

Aiken County, SC (WFXG) -

The man arrested for shooting and killing an Aiken Officer is facing new charges.

Joshua Jones is now facing weapons possession, larceny, failure to stop for blue lights and assault charges for several incidents while being held at the Aiken County Jail. Jones is charged in the January death of Master Corporal Sandy Rogers.

Rogers was killed in the line of duty last January.
