UPDATE: Richmond County Investigators arrested Joseph Leon Guerrero and Leslie Blair in connection with the Murder of Michael Wickert.

LeonGuerrero was charged with Murder and Theft by Taking A Motor Vehicle. Blair was charged with Murder.

Investigators are still looking for Wickert's white 1987 Chevrolet Z-28 IROC Z.

Original Story:

It was a traumatic morning for residents on Keron Way in Hephzibah. Richmond County deputies say their neighbor, Michael Wickert, was found dead in the bath tub of his home Wednesday morning.

"I don't know what happened inside the house, but it's sad," said Sandra Lashley, a neighbor who personally knew Wickert. "It's sad when anybody…anybody does something like that."

Investigators say Wickert was died from blunt force trauma to the head. They say several sledge hammers were on the scene, but are still investigating the cause of death. Neighbors say they heard Wickert's car quickly drive away early in the morning.

"They took off and revved the engine real loud, you know, and spun out of here like crazy," Wickert said.

Now investigators are looking for that car: a white 1987 Chevrolet Camaro with Georgia tag: BIR3427. The car also has a bumper sticker that reads "BAD BOYS DRIVE BAD TOYS."

Richmond County investigators are calling this death a "suspicious situation." Right now they have no suspects, and they're asking the public for help as they continue this investigation.
