MTV shooting reality show at local school

NORTH AUGUSTA, SC (WFXG) -

MTV producers are shooting at a local Augusta high school this week. The network is scouting for its Emmy Award-Winning show, MADE.

Fox Creek High School's Jordan Hysell could be the next MTV star. The senior applied to be a part of the show MADE since she is a contestant in the upcoming Miss Fox Creek Pageant.

Hysell was not allowed to talk on-camera but we did speak with others involved in the process.

Fellow senior and pageant contestant Abbie Ergle says, "Some people are questioning it, some people are excited about, some people make up rumors about it."

However, it is still uncertain if MTV will proceed with an episode.

"Well, at this point, we are still in the casting process. So we don't know if an episode would happen yet," says MTV's MADE shooter-producer Shannon Popov. "So what we are shooting now is just going to go back to New York and they are going to look it over and that's when everything will be determined."

School officials told FOX54, Hysell will know in a couple of weeks if she will be featured on MADE for the for the upcoming 2013 Fox Creek Pageant.
