Local troops deliver aid in Afghanistan

Zabul Province, Afghanistan (WFXG) -

Troops serving in Afghanistan with Zabul Provincial Reconstruction Team of the U.S. Air Force are busy this week delivering humanitarian aid supplies at the Zabul Provincial Governor's compound.

The supplies which consist of winter clothing such as coats, sweaters, hats and gloves, as well as flour, sugar and cooking oil will be used for a school in the province during winter operations.

Among those caught on camera helping out, Augusta's own U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Joshua Midla, a vehicle mechanic.
