They are NOT million dollar winners

VINCENNES, IN (WFIE) -

A couple local guys created a stir, on Thursday, when they posted this photoshopped "winning" lottery ticket on their Facebook page.

When Louie Campbell and Frankie Frye started getting calls from national talk show producers they decided to come clean. They are NOT the million dollar winner from Vincennes.

Louie said they photoshopped their ticket numbers to play a prank on friends and family. He says the joke went "too far."

Earlier Thursday, Hoosier Lottery officials revealed that Indiana retailers sold two tickets that just missed on winning a share of the giant Powerball jackpot.

Lottery officials say those tickets were sold at convenience stores in Vincennes and Highland.

Those Million Dollar tickets matched the first five numbers, but not the Powerball number.

There is still no word who actually did buy that winning ticket in Vincennes.
