Two-vehicle crash sends several to local hospitals

LINDALE, TX (KLTV) -

Several people are sent to local hospitals after a crash on US Highway 69 in Smith County.

DPS Troopers and other first responders said the crash happened around 6p.m. Tuesday on Hwy. 69 just south of Interstate 20 in Lindale.

Dispatchers said the crash was a two-vehicle crash, with one of those vehicles rolled over in a ditch.

Troopers said the car involved was registered to a person from Van and the SUV involved was registered in Midlothian.

Reports are that six people required treatment by EMS personnel.
