World of Beer opening today in Five Points South

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

World of Beer is opening its Five Points South location today at 3 p.m. It will be the first of its kind in Alabama.

The thriving beer establishment offers more then 500 different bottles and 50 rotating taps from around the world. The staff is top of the line; every World of Beer staff member must attend "beer school."

They will also offer customer rewards allowing you to earn points on the different brews you try.

There will be an official ribbon-cutting with Mayor Bell next week.
