NORTH AUGUSTA, SC (WFXG) -
North Augusta Public Safety needs your help in identifying five individuals who robbed and shot two men on Chalet North Court off of Bradleyville Road.
On Friday around 9pm, Darryl Trotty, Jr, and his uncle, Milton Williams, Jr, were standing in front of 141 Chalet North Court when several subjects approached them wearing camouflage coats and masks.
The suspects then presented
pistols and demanded their money. Witnesses to the incident observed Trotty
being assaulted by the suspects prior to being shot in his left foot. Trotty was transported to a local hospital for medical attention on
his non-life threatening gunshot wound. Williams was not
injured during the robbery. The suspects fled on foot with an undisclosed
amount of money from both victims. Aiken County's Bloodhound Tracking
Team responded to the scene but was unsuccessful in locating any suspect.
