MESA, AZ (CBS5) -

A Mesa man who police said babysat for a 4-year-old girl is in police custody on several sex-related charges.

Robert Kay, 41, was booked into jail on three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and four other counts, including sexual exploitation of a minor, furnishing obscene materials to a minor and child molestation.

The girl disclosed the inappropriate behavior to her mother on Oct. 24, according to a probable cause statement.

Police said the victim had been exposed to Kay more than once in April, August and October.

Police served a search warrant on Kay's home on Nov. 1. Officers said they discovered an obscene video of Kay and his girlfriend on his cell phone.

On Wednesday, forensic detectives said they discovered an obscene video on Kay's external hard drive that had been seized during the search warrant.
