Augusta Convention Center nears completion, Fox54 takes a tour

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

After agreeing to a management deal Thursday night, Fox54 took a tour of the new Augusta Convention Center.

The 38,000 square feet exhibit floor can host nearly 200 booths for a convention show, or 1,800 guests for a banquet.

The multimillion dollar building is paid for by SPLOST dollars.
