Investigators searching for Publix beer thief

MARTINEZ, GA (WFXG) -

Investigators with the Columbia County Sheriff's Office need the public's help in identifying a man who walked out of a Publix store with four cases of beer.

The white male, age 45-50, 6 feet tall with a gray goatee, entered the Publix on Furys Ferry Road and put four cases of beer into a shopping cart and left the store without paying for the beers.

The suspect then left in an unknown vehicle.
