NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A Massachusetts pharmacy at the center of the deadly meningitis outbreak that has killed at least six people in Tennessee voluntarily surrendered its license Tuesday.
According to WHDH in Boston, the action occurred at the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy meeting this morning.
The board met in a closed session Tuesday to discuss the investigation into the NECC, but no further action was taken against the company.
