SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are looking for James Ojeda, who is suspected of shooting his housemate, Demetrius Boles, 17, following a fight over a woman. The shooting took place in a house that they share on the 1100 block of East 55th Street around 6 p.m. Monday.
"I was in my house and the next thing I know they are bringing a young man out of the house across the street on a stretcher," neighbor Susan Patterson said.
Police say Boles was transported to Memorial University Medical Center with non life threatening injuries.
The investigation determined that the shooting followed an argument over a woman that both men dated. Ojeda left in an older, gray Mercury Marquis after the shooting.
