One person arrested in connection to River Glen murder

RICHMOND COUNTY (WFXG) -

Richmond County Investigators arrested Soweto Moody Wednesday for murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Moody was arrested in connection with the shooting death of Trumaine Jones on February 5 in the River Glen Apartment complex.

The 27 year old was found shot to death at the River Glenn Apartments marking the seventh murder in Richmond County in 2012.

Sources also tell FOX54 other suspects may be arrested in the near future for the murder of Jones.

This investigation is ongoing.
