White House releases budget app

On Monday, President Obama unveiled his budget for 2013. It's a nearly four trillion-dollar plan that calls for increasing taxes on wealthier Americans and spending more money on infrastructure and education. President Obama says the plan also includes cuts for the Department of Defense and NASA.

For the first time, the White House has released an app as a new way to check out the budget for yourself.
