Chadwick Simmons/Source: CCSOColumbia County investigators have arrested two men after several storage units were broken into.
James David Simmons and Chadwick Keifer Simmons were booked into Columbia County Detention Center and charged with burglary.
You'll remember, FOX54 was the first station to report the burglaries earlier this week at Public Storage on Old Petersburg Road.Investigators say both men also broke into Hollywood Self Storage.
Officials with Hollywood Self Storage tell FOX54 their surveillance video was also used to help identify the suspects.
Captain Steve Morris tells FOX54 the two men were arrested Thursday night at their home in Richmond County. Investigators also tell FOX54 some property was seized at the home. Captain Morris says investigators are filing through incident reports and will contact victims in the coming days.
Nearly 80 units were broken into.
