Three more people have reported finding syringes or needles hidden in clothing at the Cartersville Walmart, according to the Bartow County Sheriff's Department.

Last week, reports surfaced of three other people finding syringes in clothing from the store and two cases, the victims were pricked by the needles.

Monday, a Walmart shopper filed a report with police saying he had found a needle in a pair of pants over the weekend, after purchasing them on Black Friday.

In the second report filed Monday, a female shopper found a syringe in a pair of men's lounge pants.

While investigators were at the Walmart looking into the report, a Walmart assistant manager found yet another syringe in a pair of pants.

Neither of the customers, nor the Walmart employee, were injured by the needles.

The Bartow County Sheriff's Department is asking anyone who purchased clothing at the Cartersville Walmart to thoroughly inspect it before wearing it.

If you have any information about the syringes, call the sheriff's department at 770-382-5050 ext. 6029 0r 6030, or call the Cartersville-Bartow County Crime stoppers tip line at 770-606-8477.
