Dodson has been a winner at all levels of NASCAR competition. He holds the 1989 Cup Series Crew Chief Championship title and has played a vital role in developing many of today's stars.

  • A full weekend of racing takes place at Road Atlanta May 19-20. Three different Series will compete so the action will be non-stop! Details here:

  • Maldonado takes his first F! victory in Spain. He becomes the fifth different winner and Williams becomes the fifth constructor to win in the five races this season! Ninety minutes after the race a fire erupted in the Williams pit.     What to Talk About? There has been a lot of talk lately regarding the quality of the competition on the race track. The lack of cautions, lack of lead changes, and lack of close racing action until the
    Darlington Raceway is known by many names like "The Track Too Tough to Tame" and the "Lady in Black" to mention just a few. Drivers often talk about the fact that they have to dance their way around the egg shaped racetrack to survive.

  • May 2, 2012 Cold, windy, and, yes, even snow dominated this past weekend's Great Lakes Sprint Series Round 1 event at the Pittsburgh International Race Complex (previously BeaveRun Motorsports Complex).
    Thankfully, this past weekend at the Pittsburgh International Race Complex wasn't as brutal as two weekends ago.  The weather was actually quite nice for the 3rd round of the World Karting Manufacturers Cup Series.
