Colder weather returns tonight in the wake of our latest cold front. Although most areas will have low temperatures in the 40s, it will not be a record-setter. The record low at KCI is 40 from 1934.
Patchy fog will start Tuesday; otherwise a bright, cool day will be had. Showers and thunderstorms may return for some Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Shortly thereafter, any precipitation should be limited to a few Kansas locales. Warmer weather returns late in the week before Saturday turns wet.
